A Summer Party.

A corporate party in Buckinghamshire situated in the grounds of the managing director’s estate, a returning client for whom we have provided marquees for the past six years.

the brief.

A corporate summer party for 350 guests. The venue needed to have the wow factor with modern styling and build on the success of previous years.

A fully raised and levelled 648sqm structure was proposed. Comprising of a roof only porch area (180sqm) to house an Asian style food bar on one side, and a steak bar on the other.

The area also doubled up as a viewing platform for the fireworks. The main area was created as a 15 marquee encased with eave height glazed windows. This ensured that natural light flooded the venue during the daylight hours of the event. We created a raised seating on the right hand gable and installed a large central dance floor.

Overlooking the client’s property the structure lent itself to having a featured staircase leading to two food stations and low level seating areas. The main marquee had clear PVC roofs over a central stage and a mirrored dance floor, with a full height black fringe curtain leading to a raised low level seating area. Other features within this structure were three unique bar stations and a separate built-in loo structure.

“I want to thank you for the amazing marquee you put up for us for my party on the 6th July. It was superb! My guests were overly impressed by the height of the Marquee and balcony area overlooking the fields. Your men were superb and a pleasure to have around for the week. They were all polite and friendly and worked extremely hard even under difficult circumstances. I also appreciate all your advice. Absolute brilliant service and I look forward to working with you on the next party.”
